What You Will Do
- On-Site Photo, Magnetoscop, and Airflow Evaluation
- Work within a team of Quality Engineers to perform data collection tasks on assigned hardware of both interior and exterior attributes
- Data collection tasks include: taking photographs of the part from multiple views using a handheld digital camera, capturing a 3D scan of the part using provided optical equipment, and measuring internal voids using a magnetoscop probe, and performing airflow bench test using pressurized air.
- Maintain part tracking tools using MS Office of identified hardware
- Document outliers of significant damage for further evaluation by process experts
- Provide status updates on project objectives to Reporting Supervisor and / or Project Leader
- 2-4 years of direct experience performing Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Engineering oriented work
- Work experience within Aerospace & Defense Industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level competency in MS Office Tools
- Familiarity with warehouse management a plus

Work Requirements
This role is considered an on-site position located in East Hartford, CT, USA.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- 1st and 2nd shift positions available
