What You Will Do
- Support Electrical Panel and Device manufacturing teams by developing Build Inspection Plans and investigating build‑related issues
- Communicate issues and resolutions to Design Engineering; track closure through PCRs
- Research issues using 3D models, drawings, and engineering systems
- Maintain strong communication with design engineering and product definition teams
- Advise manufacturing leadership and hourly workforce on engineering issues
- Update engineering documentation per change‑management practices
- Support root‑cause analysis and proper issue closure
- Participate in design reviews, first article inspections, and daily pulse meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, OR
- Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing and/or engineering experience
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and 3D models
- Basic understanding of electronics is required as a minimum
- Comfortable working in a shop‑floor environment
- Exceptional knowledge of NCR and Gage Cal processes
- Hardware/Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Self‑motivated with strong sense of urgency
- Experience with Oracle, Wilmor, TEEXMA, Zuken, Reliance; Teamcenter/NX/AWC/VisMockup
- ERP Systems Knowledge

Work Requirements
This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
