What You Will Do
We are looking for a Tooling Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of tooling processes and maintenance. This role will involve creating a tool database within Maximo application software that will be used to track tool maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance planning.

What You Will Do
We are looking for a Tooling Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of tooling processes and maintenance. Key Responsibilities
- Work onsite in Urbana, Ohio in tool room to gather data on all tools used
- Create a tool database within Maximo application
- Coordinate with onsite technicians and experts to gather tooling data and requirements for Maximo application
- Maintain and update tooling database within Maximo application to ensure system is running
- Stay current with tooling and manufacturing processes
- Optional/Potential: Successful candidate may be asked to assist onsite tooling technician teams with additional tasks due to extended leaves during scope of work
- Tooling knowledge on items such as punches, dies and fixtures
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of tooling applications and maintenance procedures
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and environment
- Maximo Application Knowledge highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
