Work Requirements: We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Schenectady, NY or Greenville, SC and is considered hybrid with 3 days required on-site.

What You Will Do
- Analyze performance metrics for the business and advise on improvement opportunities; track and report on related actions
- Support strategy development, Hoshin Kanri policy deployment, and cascading goals through the organization
- Drive special initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance performance, growth, innovation, best-practice implementation, and hygiene of the business
- Build trusting relationships with customers; identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Model and predict demand; generate and realize capability and capacity plans
- Analyze and forecast business performance to drive financial performance
- Identify program risks; determine and implement mitigation measures
- Manage annual, quarterly, and monthly rhythms for business processes (e.g. business reviews, appraisals, annual compensation review) and team communications (e.g. all-hands meetings, information flow-down, team connects)
- Support and present at governance meetings with company and customer executives to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment
- Work with engineering leaders to develop improved dashboards to assess business health and direct management attention where it is needed
- Champion employee engagement, recognition and strong culture throughout the team
- Own and maintain key management files and structure to maintain operational awareness
- Oversee project management team and ensure strong project management practices are in place
- Bachelor's in Engineering or higher with at least 10 years of management experience; experience in gas power controls engineering is a plus
- Demonstrated global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
- Experience driving performance and improvement in engineering quality and delivery
- Ability to communicate and present effectively and clearly with management, peers, team members, and clients
- Good business acumen and the ability to analyze data to gain insights and can use these to identify business improvement opportunities

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
