What You will Do:- Run SAP reports daily to identify plant requirements, current part shortages with commitments to ensure on time delivery
- Communicate with buyers and suppliers regarding keeping current commitments and holding suppliers accountable for keeping those commitments
- Clear internal obstacles to ensure parts are moving through approval processes, such as quality inspections, first article reviews, engineering changes
- Attend weekly working level supply chain, site, and business unit meetings; provide part status inputs along with Line of Balance
- Communicate daily with operations and supply chain personnel to highlight future critical part risks
- Support on time delivery needs including part number status
- Support a multidisciplinary team
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum AS degree with 3 years of supply chain experience
- In lieu of degree 5 years of supply chain experience is acceptable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills
- SAP and Tableau preferred
- Candidates must be US Citizen
Pay Range: $25/hr.-$30/hr.
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours if required
This position is classified as Remote within the United States.
Travel requirements: No travel required
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
Salary : $25 - $30
