What You Will Do
- Work with Supply Chain leaders to understand delivery needs and report progress.
- Maintain a critical shortage tracker.
- Lead LOB reviews and monitor performance.
- Drive recovery actions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain trackers and provide weekly status reporting.
- Support supplier recovery and performance improvement.
- Prepare executive level presentations and recovery plans.
- Identify critical path issues and support mitigation.
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record to recover critical supplier situations
- ERP familiarity
- Intermediate to advanced Excel; strong PowerPoint/visual presentation skills
- Executive level communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to act with urgency

- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
