We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to lead and strengthen organization’s enterprise information security strategy and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, strong experience in threat management and security operations, and the ability to design and implement robust security architectures to protect critical information assets.
Work Experience
What You will Do:
- Define, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s enterprise information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement security controls across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Provide guidance on secure architecture and ensure security is embedded in system design and development lifecycle.
- Lead cyber risk management activities, including risk assessment, mitigation planning, and reporting.
- Oversee security operations, including incident detection, response, and recovery processes.
- Manage and enhance threat management capabilities, including threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
- Protect critical information assets by implementing best practices in data security and access control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security initiatives with business goals.
- Support internal and external audits related to security governance and compliance frameworks.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6 years of experience in information security, privacy, and compliance leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Proven experience in threat management, incident response, and security operations (SOC).
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing security controls across enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of risk management methodologies and cyber risk assessment.
- Experience with security governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud security, network security, and application security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex security challenges.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC.
- Exposure to global compliance requirements and audits.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead security initiatives and influence decision-making.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
