Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration -Work closely with internal stakeholders .. GT , ST, Plant execution team and also external stakeholders GEV for delivering high quality seamless integrated high fidelity simulation software. Work closely with GEV simulation team for developing High fidelity new models.
• Scope : HDNU- Extended scope and Equipment only projects , Services projects as applicable
• Productivity Initiatives: Identify, sponsor, and allocate resources to support initiatives that improve productivity and streamline processes.
• Delivery Management: Apply daily management practices to monitor delivery performance; proactively identify and resolve challenges.
• Quality Culture Promotion: Champion systems and behaviors that uphold a culture of quality and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
• Team Performance Management: Set goals, conduct appraisals, and manage performance to drive accountability and results.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Promote a positive work environment through recognition, engagement initiatives, and cultural development.
• Communication Rhythms: Lead team communication practices including all-hands meetings, information dissemination, and team connect

Work Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher, with a minimum
  
  

of 10 years of management experience. Prior experience in Gas Power Controls Engineering is essential.

• Performance Leadership: Proven track record of driving improvements in engineering quality and delivery performance across teams and projects.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to communicate and present clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels—including management, peers, team members, and clients.
  
  

What You Will Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience. Prior experience in High fidelity modelling and simulation of Gas turbine, Steam Turbine and Plant is desirable for the role.
• Global Collaboration: Strong global mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Resource planning , Budget and Quality tracking : Ensure that all projects related deliverables are executed with quality and within schedule

Pay Range: $90,000 to $100,000 a year plus benefits
