The PM material coordinator role is responsible for coordinating the processing of sales order entry and deliveries for project management and ensuring accurate and timely updates. This position requires the creation and maintenance of Free of charge sales orders (ZFDP), Repair orders(RAS) within SAP and coordination with PM’s and supply chain.

• Key responsibilities include generating and updating sales orders (using VA01, VA02, VA03)
• Revising deliveries through VL02N, and managing material movements with MIGO transactions.
• Enter sales order demand per ZFPD/RAS
• Create deliveries for projects as required (VL02N)
• Update vet log with new projects/status on existing projects.
• Provide updates to PM’s on material status as required.
• Work with classification team and engineering to resolve ECC issues
• Create deliveries and coordinate shipping with FAST warehouse on customer projects.
• Strong collaboration with warehouse, supply chain and others as required.
• Coordinate receipt/processing of PT’s and accessories.
• Create/Maintain RAS (repair order) in SAP

• Strong SAP skills:
• Creating and changing sales orders VA01,VA02, VA03
• Creating and revising deliveries, VL02N
• Familiar with SAP supply chain transactions
• Material movements (MIGO’s)
• Strong team player
• Attention to detail

Pay Range: $32/hour - $42.00/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX.

(Temporary position)

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
