What You will Do:

• Foster a Lean culture: Establish and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement by modeling Lean principles and encouraging teams to use them daily.
• Lead improvement initiatives: Drive the implementation of Lean principles and facilitate projects like value stream mapping and kaizen events to increase customer value. Support root cause and corrective actions on non-conformance reports.
• Coach and develop teams: Act as a coach to develop the skills of team members, helping them with problem-solving and Lean methodologies through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive performance: Focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost by creating systems where team members are actively involved in improving results.
• Eliminate waste and improve efficiency: Use Lean tools and principles to optimize processes, improve productivity, and reduce waste in operations.
• Establish standard work: Deploy and improve standard work and visual controls to ensure consistency and provide a basis for continuous improvement.
• Report Out: Develop/Present quality reports/presentations to program/business management.

What will you Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5 years of experience in lean expertise and quality control
• Proven experience in leading teams, driving change, and influencing others is crucial.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Data Analysis with good Excel skills, and general ability to use Microsoft Office
• Ability to work across and communicate with all levels of the organization

  Pay Range: $70k - $90k

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
