Job Title: Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, experienced Personal Trainer to join our premier fitness facility. You will deliver high-quality coaching through one-on-one sessions, small group personal training (2–6 clients), and large group classes. The ideal candidate pairs technical fitness expertise with exceptional customer relation skills to build lasting member relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Small Groups: Facilitate dynamic personal training sessions for 2 to 6 clients.
- One-on-One Coaching: Deliver customized fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Group Fitness: Assist with and independently lead large, high-energy group fitness classes.
- Client Retention: Build strong relationships, track client progress, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Facility Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training floor before, during, and after sessions Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of professional personal training experience required.
- Gear Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of TRX suspension training, kettlebells, and functional fitness gear.
- Certifications: Current NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA).
- Safety First: Up-to-date CPR/AED certification.
- People Skills: Outstanding communication, emotional intelligence, and a welcoming personality. Certified Nice Person
Compensation & Benefits
