Quest is seeking qualified candidates for Inside Sales Representative. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL COLLEGE GRADUATE WHO WANTS TO GET THEIR FOOT IN THE DOOR AND GROW!!!
Salary: $50,000-60,000/year plus some bonuses. Six figures possible in 2-3 years based on performance and growth.
Benefits: Health, dental, 401k with great match. 50% of gym membership paid.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm.
Primary Roles:
- Quoting service jobs and RFQ’s. Primarily done in a premade Excel template, but some in a proprietary software called Critical-View.
- Sourcing and tracking parts and materials from vendors for RFQs
- Ordering and tracking parts for jobs
- Creating Work-orders for jobs in Critical-View
- Project management between teammates, field technicians, and customers
- Managing contracts and annual renewals
Secondary Roles:
- Administrative tasks of booking jobs, processing orders, and managing customer information in organized folders (new customer forms, PO’s, quotes, etc)
- Account Management- Answering customer inquiries if needed and working directly with key customers
- Other duties may be assigned or picked up as needed
