Inside Sales Representative(Seeking an Entry-level College Grad)

Quest is seeking qualified candidates for Inside Sales Representative. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL COLLEGE GRADUATE WHO WANTS TO GET THEIR FOOT IN THE DOOR AND GROW!!!

Salary: $50,000-60,000/year plus some bonuses. Six figures possible in 2-3 years based on performance and growth.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm.

Primary Roles:

• Quoting service jobs and RFQ’s. Primarily done in a premade Excel template, but some in a proprietary software called Critical-View.
• Sourcing and tracking parts and materials from vendors for RFQs
• Ordering and tracking parts for jobs
• Creating Work-orders for jobs in Critical-View
• Project management between teammates, field technicians, and customers
• Managing contracts and annual renewals

Secondary Roles:

• Administrative tasks of booking jobs, processing orders, and managing customer information in organized folders (new customer forms, PO’s, quotes, etc)
• Account Management- Answering customer inquiries if needed and working directly with key customers
• Other duties may be assigned or picked up as needed
