We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Staff for Super Bowl LX events in Santa Clara and across the Bay Area.As Event Staff for Super Bowl LX, with Quest Event Management, you will play a crucial role in greeting and seating guests, verifying tickets, and assisting the public by providing general information and directing individuals or groups of people in a genuinely, friendly and professional manner by performing the following duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide primary face-to-face contact with guestsMaintain a professional image and generate positive public relationsStand or sit alertly at established points of entry at all times and actively assist guestsMaintain the flow of foot traffic and direct guests to seating locations, restrooms, concession stands, etc.Ensure all items found on the premises are turned in to a Guest Relations Office as soon as possibleMaintain proper care of uniform and any equipment or supplies issued. Return equipment and unused supplies at the end of his/her shiftAssist and support the work of other Guest Relations Staff, as needed.Act as an Usher, Guide, Ticket Taker, Concierge, or assist in any other related area when assigned. Some duties may include:Verify ticket location, event dates and times.Seat guests in the proper locationResolve any seating problemsHelp to resolve ticketing or seating problems or complaints that occur; Provide emergency/accident assistance, when neededOther duties may be assignedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
