Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment within the Parts Department (edge bander, saws, or other production equipment as trained)
- Assist with product assembly on the Assembly Line, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met
- Use hand tools and power tools to support production and finishing processes
- Support material flow by moving, staging, and organizing parts and finished goods
- Operate forklifts or material handling equipment (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift
- Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and quality standards
- Step into different roles as needed to keep production running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, woodworking, or assembly experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or forklifts is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to support different departments as needed
