This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Manager of Corporate Business Development. The role involves identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic collaborations. The Manager will contribute to market analysis, financial modeling, and deal negotiations. Additionally, the role entails collaborating across internal teams to align corporate development strategy with organizational goals and contributing to the execution of growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Deal Negotiations
- Strong skills in Financial Modeling and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred
- Proven track record in corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, or consulting
