Epic DevSecOps Engineering Lead

Pay Range: $129,000-143,000, plus yearly bonus

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

This position is hybrid and will require 3 days on site at one of the following Quest sites: Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL.

As a Tech Lead, you will lead implementation of our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. You will be responsible for CI/CD and DevOps platform tools. A key focus of this role is the evolution towardAgentic DevOps, where you will design and deploy agents to automate complex, context-dependent tasks that traditional scripting cannot solve.

• Responsible for Infrastructure deployment Strategy & Governance

• Design and manage secure, scalable infrastructure onMicrosoft Azurefollowing theAzure Well-Architected Framework.

• Lead the adoption ofInfrastructure as Code (IaC)using tools likeTerraformto ensure modular, reusable, and version-controlled provisioning.

• Architect and optimizeAzure Servicesfor high performance and scalability.

• Accountable for Automation CI/CD pipelines

• Build and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines usingGitHub Actions, incorporating reusable workflows and composite actions.

• ImplementKubernetesorchestration (AKS), managing cluster contexts, namespaces, and automated deployments from Azure Container Registry.

• Lead Agentic AI & DevOps Innovation

• Develop and integratecustom AI agentsusing theGitHub Copilot agentic ecosystemto handle tasks like automated bug fixes, documentation, and predictive pipelines.

• LeverageGitHub Copilot Agent Modeor Google ADK framework to perform large-scale refactoring's, migrate legacy code, and execute automation.

• Establish KPIs to measure the success and adoption of AI-driven automation across the engineering team.

• Act as a technical advisor and mentor to junior engineers, conducting training sessions on DevOps best practices.

• Drive a culture ofDevSecOps, ensuring all pipelines include automated security scanning (SAST), secrets management, and compliance guardrails

Required WorkExperience:

• 10 years of experience in IT.
• Cloud Expertise:Deep knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Networking).
• Containerization:Hands-on experience withDockerandAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Database Management:Proficiency in modeling and optimizingrelational and NoSQL databasesin a cloud environment.
• AI Tools:Proven experience usingGitHub Copilotfor AI-assisted development and creating agents withinGitHub CoPilot or Google ADK frameworks.
• Scripting:Strong skills Pythonfor automating deployment tasks.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferred: Master's Degree in computer science or MBA/MTech

Preferred Certifications:

• Kubernetes CKAD certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
