Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO)
Location: Woodward, OK
Hours: Flexible Evenings 1700-2100 and Rotating Weekends
Essential Functions
Required Knowledge: Good computer skills, customer service skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and phlebotomy skills.
Required Experience: High School/GED; previous laboratory and phlebotomy experience preferred.

Essential Functions
- Report to work on time and prepared for each scheduled shift
- Perform all assigned duties and processes, including tasks for which you are fully qualified and those within your demonstrated capabilities
- Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive attitude throughout the workday
- Work collaboratively as a team member and contribute to a respectful, productive work environment
- Assists professional staff in routine technical tasks such as: preparation of reagents, specimen processing, loading instruments and send outs.
- Other duties to include filing, temperature checks, stocking supplies, answering telephone calls, etc.
- Receives specimens into the laboratory using LIS systems.
- Performs phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed; other duties as assigned.
- Follow employer policies; work with fellow employees in a professional, productive manner.

Special Requirements
- Flexibility with your schedule — you may occasionally need to start early or stay late to meet patient or client needs
- Willingness to travel or work at different locations if business needs change
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderately heavy items (up to 40 lbs occasionally, with help for anything heavier)
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks throughout the day with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer and phone regularly
- Good hand coordination and steady movements
- Ability to move throughout the day, including walking, bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling
