Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across vehicle electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, suspension, and other key components.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical wiring diagrams interpretation.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake replacements to ensure safety and longevity.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently and accurately.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document all repairs performed in compliance with dealership standards
Qualifications
- technician experience with a strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using specialized tools; experience with automotive electrical systems is essential.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance including suspension system repair, wheel alignment, transmission repair.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Experience with the use of various hand tools and power tools in repair processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $16.94 - $28.00 per hour
