What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Rep (Base Pay + Commissions & Company Vehicle + Gas Card) position at Quell Pest Control?
Quell Pest Control is looking to hire additional outside sales reps to join our team. We are looking for results-driven individuals to work starting immediately in assigned neighborhoods in the DFW area to actively seek out and engage new homeowners through door knocking efforts.
Sales reps will sell residential pest control service agreements. Sales reps are expected to talk to 20 prospects per day and apply their sales training effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell residential pest control services
- Reach out to prospects in-person to identify needs and provide solutions
- Learn where self-improvement is needed and implement new strategies for continuous improvement
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Track sales and status reports
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must be able to work assigned schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Hours will vary depending on the season
- Summer Hours: 10:30pm - 7:30pm
- Winter Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $600 per week (paid every Friday)
- Uncapped commissions paid monthly

Pay: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour
