Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Wig, Eyelash, and Eyebrow Stylist to elevate our clients’ beauty routines with expert craftsmanship and personalized service. In this dynamic role, you will craft stunning eyelashes, shape and define eyebrows, and style wigs to enhance each client's unique look. Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Shape, tint, and groom eyebrows using techniques such as with an eyebrow archer, waxing, or tweezing to achieve desired styles
• Style wigs and hairpieces, including cutting, and customizing to match client preferences
• Help customers try on wigs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips to clients
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations
• Upsell retail products such as wigs, eyelash extension kits, eyebrow pencils, hair care products, and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Engage in front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth work flow
• Mentor new team members by sharing techniques in eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and wig styling to foster team growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair styling, eyelash application, eyebrow grooming (razor/waxing), and wig styling
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a beauty or salon environment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with customers about their desired looks and aftercare instructions
• Experience with retail sales strategies to promote store products effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage store operations or assist with store management tasks is advantageous
