Responsibilities
The Queen's Health Systems, Hawaii's largest healthcare system, is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst, UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) to join our IT Enterprise Administrative Systems team. This position plays a key role in supporting and optimizing our UKG Pro WFM environment, with primary responsibility for Timekeeping, Scheduling, and specialized healthcare workforce management modules including Extensions and EZ Call. The successful candidate will partner closely with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to analyze business processes, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective use of workforce management technologies across the organization. While the primary focus is UKG Pro WFM, this role may also provide support for selected PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) applications within the IT Enterprise Administrative Systems portfolio. This position may be based remotely in Hawaii or approved U.S. mainland states; however, candidates must be available to work Hawaii Standard Time business hours to effectively support our healthcare operations.
I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides support for assigned Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules (e.g. finance, supply chain, human resources, learning management, timekeeping & scheduling, etc.), including implementation of industry best practices, facilitating priorities and adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintains a working knowledge of operational business processes and provides consultative services to operational departments supported on advancing the use of technology to achieve efficiencies and automate manual work.
• Investigates and documents business systems, identifying options for improving business systems and bridges the needs of the business with the use of information technology. Works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies and information systems.
• Evaluates and documents information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Completes analysis to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, provides functional design documentation, and collaborates with others to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Process Re-engineering or related field; or four (4) years experience in functional ERP IT support may be substituted for the educational requirement.
B. EXPERIENCE:
• In addition to the educational requirement, one (1) year experience in functional ERP IT support, including business analysis, requirements gathering, functional design documentation, system configuration, and testing.
• Experience to demonstrate:
o Working knowledge of operational business processes for assigned areas.
o Knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, and development of functional designs.
o Experience with application configuration, query writing, access administration, and workflow development.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Office, Excel, Work, and other desktop applications.
o Solid analytical skills, including a solid understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate in working with peers and customers.
o Ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Previous IT experience with assigned ERP vendor solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Kronos, etc.) preferred.
