Sutphin Eye Care is looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team.
No previous optical experience is required! We are willing to train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in the optical industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, and lenses
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Help customers find eyewear that fits their needs and style
- Answer questions about frames, lenses, and optical products
- Assist with sales and daily store operations
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Learn optical products, procedures, and sales techniques through our training program
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn and grow
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Previous optician or optical sales experience is a plus, but not required
Training & Growth

Your compensation will be based on your experience, with frequent performance reviews designed to recognize your growth, contributions, and potential.
