Responsibilities
(FT/PT) $29.00 to $34.00 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
Per Diem/On Call $34.00 to $39.00 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

- Responsible for medical services for each person living in the residences.
- Monitors and supervises all medical treatments, appointments, including medication, nutrition, lab procedures, etc.
- Ensures that a comprehensive medical/nursing plan is in place for each individual.
- High School Diploma/GED and Licensed Practical Nurse certification required.
- Sun - Wed, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
