Valiant Home Remodeling is GROWING, join our NEW dynamic team as a Door-to-Door Canvasser OR Team Lead and become a vital part of our growth in the San Diego community. In this role, you will work with a team to actively reach out to residents, sharing information about our company and promotions while aiming to schedule an appointment. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build trust, foster relationships, and generate leads for important projects. Duties:
- Daily meet up with your team to be driven around and dropped off in our planned canvassing territories.
- Engage with residents in the community through friendly, clear, and persuasive communication and offer a FREE consultation and quote!
- Explain the benefits of our company and promotions, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.
- Collect home owner data for proper scheduling.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct while adhering to safety guidelines during canvassing activities (company shirt provided).
- Walking for 4-5 hours per day knocking on doors with team support.
- Team Lead duties will be discussed as we spot the best fit!
