Compensation

• Paid Per Appointment - $65 - $150/Appointment Set, Tracked Weekly for customers who show up to the appointment.
• Tier 1 - 1-4 Appointments Set in a week.
• Tier 2 - 5-7 Appointments Set in a week.
• Tier 3 - 8 Appointments Set in a week.
• Weekly Quota Trigger - $$$ Bonus for setting 5 Qualified Appointments in a week.
• Mileage Reimbursement - We cover your fees, you focus on performance.
• Bonuses - Dinner experiences, team culture, holiday celebrations, cash bonuses, yacht parties, and lifestyle events to enjoy your winnings. Company paid, you focus on your skill set!

New Hire Bonus

• Quick Start Bonus - During days 1-90, receive a temporary stacking bonus layered on top of the base compensation structure. We designed this to get you quick wins while taking the pressure off of changing jobs while you build your pipeline and focus on adapting to our methodology.

Commission Structure 

• 4-8% Commission Bonus - Paid on closed deals that complete and fund

What This Role Includes

• Door-to-Door canvassing in San Diego, introducing yourself to homeowners.
• Telling homeowners about services Valiant Home Remodeling offers
• Updating a CRM at each door.

Schedule & Workflow

We're flexible on how you structure your day, but the highest earners run this full-time and follow the workflow, time-management, and territory strategy we teach in training — that's not a coincidence. Typical full-time day: start around 10:30 AM, wrap around 6:00 PM. Take real breaks and use lunch to reset — refuel and come back at 100%. Within your day you are often on your own, real income comes from showing up consistently, full-time.
