Part-Time RN Aesthetic Injector

Queen Creek Med Spa is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Injector to join our team part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week.

We are looking for more than someone who can inject. We want a provider who takes aesthetics seriously—from consultation and treatment planning to technique, follow-up, education, and the overall client experience.

• Current Arizona RN license

• Previous aesthetic injecting experience required

• Excellent technique and demonstrated results with lip filler and neurotoxins

• Approximately 15–20 hours per week

• Saturday and afternoon availability required

• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills

• Ability to adapt and maintain an attitude of excellence in a fast-paced med spa environment

• Strong communication and consultation skills

• Passion for providing an exemplary client experience

• Genuine love of ongoing education and professional development

• Open to constructive feedback, coaching, and learning different injection techniques

• Team-player mentality with respect for every role within the practice

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create individualized, long-term treatment plans based on each client’s goals, anatomy, and needs

• Safely and skillfully administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with an emphasis on natural, balanced results

• Complete thorough, accurate, and timely medical charting and treatment documentation

• Provide appropriate patient follow-up and maintain continuity of care

• Take high-quality, consistent before-and-after photography and document treatment progress

• Educate clients on treatments beyond injectables, including XERF, laser treatments, PRF, skin treatments, and other aesthetic services when appropriate

• Understand that achieving the best result may require multiple modalities rather than injectables alone

• Collaborate with injectors, estheticians, assistants, front desk, and other team members to provide clients with the most comprehensive treatment experience possible

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships through education, transparency, communication, and exceptional care

• Maintain high standards for patient safety, sanitation, treatment protocols, and clinical excellence

• Manage appointment times effectively while maintaining an elevated and attentive client experience

• Participate in ongoing education, hands-on training, and continued development of injection techniques

• Remain receptive to constructive feedback and be willing to adjust techniques and approaches when appropriate

• Stay current on aesthetic treatments, products, protocols, and advancements

• Take ownership of client concerns and follow through promptly when an issue requires attention

• Step outside of direct injecting responsibilities when needed to support the team and the overall flow of the med spa
