Position Overview
We’re hiring a Residential Cleaner to join our team. You’ll work in homes across Bozeman and surrounding areas, typically in teams of two.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated, and who may be interested in growing into a lead or management position over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Follow client-specific instructions and preferences
- Work efficiently with a teammate to complete jobs on time
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Report supply or maintenance needs
- Ensure all work meets Queen Clean quality standards
Requirements
- Cleaning experience preferred (residential or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to bend, lift (25 lbs), kneel, and reach
- Fluent in English
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred (Not Required)
- Interest in growing into a lead or management role
- Willingness to occasionally assist with commercial or construction cleaning jobs
