We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to become the face of our showroom and help deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Summary
As our Showroom Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, processing sales, maintaining an organized and attractive showroom, updating pricing and shelf labels, and assisting with inventory management. This position combines retail sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Process sales and customer orders
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with product questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
- Update shelf labels and pricing as needed
- Assist with stocking shelves and rotating inventory
- Help perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Work with purchasing to replenish showroom inventory
- Assist warehouse & sales staff when needed
- Provide an exceptional customer experience on every visit
Qualifications
- Previous retail, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Experience in restaurant supply, foodservice, hardware, wholesale distribution, or similar industries is a plus, but not required.
