The Opportunity
We’re looking for a self-motivated, commission-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving results. If you're passionate about local business, digital media, and podcasts, this is your chance to grow with a company that's redefining local storytelling.
What You’ll Do
✅ Identify and approach local businesses and organizations that align with our listener base
✅ Pitch and close sponsorship deals across podcast episodes, social content, and integrated campaigns
✅ Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and proposal to negotiation and closing
✅ Administer contracts and ensure deliverables are met
✅ Cultivate long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and optimize campaign performance
What You Bring
· Proven local sales experience (media or digital sales preferred)
· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
· A self-starter attitude with a hunter’s mindset
· Familiarity with podcasting and digital content
· Deep knowledge of the Charlotte market and local business scene
Compensation
💰 Commission-Only — You’ll earn a generous percentage on every sale with no cap on earnings. Hustle = reward.
