This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH. As a CrossFit Coach - Personal Trainer, you will lead group classes, provide individualized coaching, and design tailored fitness plans to support members on their fitness journey. You will guide participants through effective CrossFit workouts, offer progress assessments, and provide nutritional guidance to enhance performance and overall health. Additionally, you will foster a welcoming and inspiring gym atmosphere, providing motivation and ensuring the safety of all participants during exercise sessions.
- Experience in Group Exercise leadership and Fitness Instruction
- Expertise in Fitness Training and the Fitness Industry
- Basic knowledge of Nutrition and its role in athletic performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and support individuals at varying fitness levels
- A certification in CrossFit Level 1 (or higher), or equivalent fitness training certifications
- Ability to assess individual fitness needs and create effective workout plans
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred
