Qualifications:Under direct supervision of the Table Games Director, monitors Table Games operations on an assigned shift. Responsible for maintaining integrity of the gaming operation and ensuring all gaming procedures are adhered to. Supervises all staff to include, Assistant Managers, Floor person, and Dealers.
High School Diploma or GED, and no arrests in the past year except minor traffic violations. Prior security, surveillance or customer service experience preferred. Guard card is a plus. Must be 21 years of age. Must possess a Valid Driver’s License. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in. California and Arizona. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to qualified enrolled tribal members.
