What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Quechan Casino Resort?
Under general supervision of the Sous Chef, prepares, and cooks a wide variety of food to include, appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, side orders, salads and desserts for a casual dining restaurant.
A minimum of one year experience as a cook in a restaurant environment. Must be 18 years of age in Arizona. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
