Key Requirements
✅ 10 years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Architecture
✅ 5 years of hands-on Databricks experience
✅ Strong expertise in AWS Cloud services
✅ Deep knowledge of Lakehouse Architecture
✅ Advanced Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) experience
✅ Strong SQL development skills
✅ Expertise with Delta Lake and Databricks ecosystem
✅ Experience in Dimensional & Data Vault data modeling
✅ Real-time and batch data processing experience
✅ CI/CD and DevOps for data platforms

🔹 Implement security, governance, and data quality best practices
🔹 Optimize Spark jobs and Databricks workloads for performance and cost
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
🔹 Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture standards
🔹 Support AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives with scalable data platforms
Preferred Certifications & Skills
✔ AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
✔ Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional
✔ Snowflake (Plus)
✔ Kafka or Kinesis
✔ Airflow or similar orchestration tools
✔ Power BI or Tableau
✔ AI/ML and Generative AI experience
🎓 Education: Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
