Role:API Gateway Engineer/ Layer 7 Consultant
Onsite : Dallas, TX
Authentication of internal & external API calls, with any necessary modifications
* Managing Certificates - Authentication (Server Certificate, Mutual TLS for client cert), PKI etc.
Currently no OAuth/OAuth2, tokens etc.
* Activities related to HTTP, HTTPS protocols
* DNS related activities
* Manage Linux server on which Layer 7 runs
* Support during US Central time business hours
Skills/Experience required:
At least 5 years experience in:* Layer 7, which is a product acquired by Broadcom from CA technologies
* Supporting Middleware applications between Core Application Layer and Gateways / Firewall
* Managing any Gateways* Networking* Managing APIs esp REST APIs in Gateway (provide/update or transform URLs etc)
* Managing Certificates HTTP, HTTPS Protocols
