The Quebec-Labrador Foundation/Atlantic Center for the Environment (QLF) is a not-for-profit conservation organization in the U.S. and a Registered Charity in Canada. QLF is headquartered in Ipswich, Massachusetts and Montreal, Quebec. QLF has a staff of thirty with Program Consultants, a Board of Directors - U.S. and Canada, Honorary Directors, and a Council, an Advisory Board. The current annual budget is $1.6 million; and the Endowment is $6 million.

Our Need: Our organization is in need of a Development Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming donations for deposit and providing documentation to the Development and Business offices;
- Learning how to input donor information and gifts in the Raiser’s Edge database.
- Assisting with assembling the Fall Annual Appeal with great attention to detail and accuracy; and the Spring "Ask".
- Other administrative duties to support the Development office as assigned.
Searching for the following Skills and Talents:
- Excellent teamwork skills using verbal and written communication;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail;
- Non-profit experience is not required, but strongly preferred.
- A strict adherence to confidentiality in handling organizational donor and financial information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
