- Work closely with development, and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and improve deployment pipelines.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues
- Design, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development and deployment
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows
- Bachelor of Science 10 years experience
- 14 years experience with no degree
- Detail-oriented, experienced with Ansible, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
