Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and modify user accounts and access controls
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure and client-server environments
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and devices
- Configure and manage firewalls and security controls
- Perform system maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and data protection activities
- Conduct vulnerability scanning and support compliance requirements
- Support data management and data transfer operations
- Diagnose and resolve network outages and connectivity issues
- Ensure the security and operational integrity of mission-critical systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Red Hat environments
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure
- Knowledge of data management and data transfer processes
- Experience conducting vulnerability scans and implementing security best practices
- Understanding of STE/STN requirements
Desired Skills:
- Experience with customer analytic tools
- Experience with Ansible, Quay, GitLab, and VMware
- Knowledge of LatteArt/Biscotti
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
