What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant position at Quayside Tower 1?
The pool attendant keeps the swimming pool safe, clean, and comfortable. Daily tasks include setting up lounge chairs, handing out fresh towels, and enforcing pool rules. Also clear trash from the deck and maintain & sanitize restrooms.
Day-to-day duties and requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests, setup chairs, and provide fresh towels.
- Facility Maintenance: Clean the pool deck. Empty trash cans. Wash & fold towels.
- Rule Enforcement: Watch swimmers to make sure they follow all safety guidelines.
- Safety & Emergencies: Watch for anyone in distress.
- Equipment Checks: Ensure pool equipment is in good working condition.
Job Requirements
- Physical Strength: Must be able to stand all day in high heat. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to move heavy lounge chairs.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
- Customer Service: Friendly, polite, and helpful attitude.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED preferred
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
