Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Conduct outbound calls to provide updates on order status.
- Identify potential customer account issues and proactively develop solutions.
- Create and modify orders and quotes for both new and existing customers, with a primary focus on renewal business.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by regularly researching and updating customer contact information.
- Execute renewal outreach campaigns via phone and email.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Experience in customer service or outbound marketing is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen and understand customer needs before taking action
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Ability to effectively convey project details to both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with task management software (preferred)
- Contract role, paying $25/hour
- Contract runs from May 1 through October 31, 2026.
- Part-time role, up to 32 hours per week across four 8-hour shifts
- Must be available to work within operating hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
