What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Team Member position at Quatro's Deep Pan Pizza?
Now seeking high quality crew members for front of house staff with the potential to train to be a server. We are a high energy, fast-paced work environment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and be flexible in job assignments.
Front of house staff are largely responsible for providing excellent customer service for dine-in, curbside pickup, and to go. Duties include answering phones, running pick up orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and more. Upon successful completion of initial general training, opportunities to train for other positions are available. Must be able to stand for a minimum 2 hours at a time, move quickly when busy, and lift at least 30 pounds without effort.
