What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Production Crew Member position at Quatro's Deep Pan Pizza?
Now seeking crew members for back of house production. We are a high energy, fast-paced work environment involving working in close proximity to others. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs, able to work weekends, evenings, and be flexible in job assignments.
Production staff are largely responsible for food preparation that includes panning out pizza dough, building pizzas, making sandwiches and pastas, and working near a high temperature oven, as well as cleaning duties. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds. Upon successful completion of training, opportunities for participation in a tip pool are available.
