Quatrini Law Group represents individuals who by injury, disability, or adverse treatment in the workplace need legal counsel. Our culture is built around empathy and compassion from the first phone call until the file is closed. Our attorneys and staff are highly skilled. We interact, on a regular basis, with members of the medical community and legal community and general community. Our attorneys present on legal issues around Pennsylvania and the United States. We are also intimately involved in non-profit organizations and in other community activities. We do in-house seminars and conduct firm social events at area venues. We utilize all forms of social media to promote our message. We have a robust website. We need an outgoing, engaging, take charge personality who is also an accomplished writer and who is able to juggle all of these tasks, with a smile in their voice. .

We need an outgoing, engaging, take charge personality who is also an accomplished writer and who is able to juggle all of these tasks, with a smile in their voice.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Account managementMaintains relationship with existing referral sources
Schedules meetings between referral source and QLG attorneys
Maintain the positive image of the Quatrini Law brand.
- Business developmentCultivates new business relationships in the medical/legal/general community
Attends networking and special events to represent QLG.
Plans client and referral events.
Organizes QLG charitable activities.
Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new clients and referrals.
Co - Create and manage marketing materials
- Administrative supportUpdates partners on field activity
On average, in office 75% of the work week. In field 25% of the work week
Analyzes referrals numbers regularly to determine areas for improvement and/or opportunity

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or field experience preferred but QLG will provide necessary training to succeed in the position.
Language Skills:
- Clear speaking voice with excellent diction
- Above average ability to compose/edit branding/marketing pieces
Computer Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, Excel spreadsheet management, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, and Case Management software. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Proficient typist
- View computer screen for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 25 pounds, on occasion.
- Driver’s license and vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
