Intern - Organizational Learning & Development

Quartz is seeking one intern to join our Organizational Learning & Development team from June to August 2026. This paid internship will offer valuable experience and growth opportunities to prepare you for the next steps in your career. You will participate and learn important skills in real-world situations that can be applied to your career beyond the classroom to include, but not be limited to:

• Health Insurance Industry Knowledge: products, regulations, competitors, recent news
• Professional Skills: communication, time management, workplace etiquette
• Learn professional application and develop fluency in the following tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Design & Development tools, and learning platforms
• Possible Takeaways:
  • Adult facilitation techniques
  • Instructional design
  • Internal marketing
  • Conducting effective needs analyses with internal stakeholders
  • Exploration of Learning System Administration (Cornerstone)

• Demonstrated interest in Organization Learning & Development as a possible career path
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from June to August 2026
• Seeking a student pursuing an Associates or Bachelors degree and Graduating between May 2026 and May 2027
• Must live within a 3-hour radius of Madison, WI and be willing to travel to headquarters from June to August

Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
