Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team for 15-30 hours per week (across 5 days). You will handle a mix of financial data entry, administrative logistics, and digital maintenance. Key Responsibilities
Financial & Data Support
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Enter bills, check invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), and process bank deposits.
- Reconciliation: Perform expense reconciliations and manage customer statements.
- Data Management: Handle high-accuracy data entry for customer orders and maintain the ERP system.
- Inquiries: Serve as a professional point of contact for both vendor and customer inquiries.
Operations & Administration
- Digital Presence: Perform regular website updates, including adding new customer profiles and content.
- HR Support: Assist with employee onboarding tasks and payroll processing.
- Office Logistics: Maintain physical and digital filing systems; assist leadership with various ad-hoc projects.
Office Environment
- Maintenance: Keep the office running smoothly by ordering supplies, running errands, and assisting with light cleaning or decorating.
- Equipment: Operate office equipment (scanners, printers, copiers) to generate reports and spreadsheets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Technical Proficiency: * QuickBooks Online (Required)
- ERP Systems & Purchase Order workflows.
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Strong Excel/Sheets skills are a must).
- Payroll: Previous experience handling payroll tasks is highly valued.
