QuarterLine, a Planned Systems International (PSI) Company, is currently seeking a CT Technologist to provide ARRT(CT)-certified CT Technologist Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Iowa City Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC 601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246) and ICVAHCS.
- Perform selected radiology examinations and procedures under the supervision of a radiologist.
- Responsible for evaluating image quality, making initial image observations and forwarding those observations to the supervising radiologist.
- Adapt examination protocols to improve diagnostic quality.
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring that each patient receives quality care while in the radiology department or clinic.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
- CT-certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
- At least 6 months of clinical experience.
- Shift Information:
- Mon-Fri (0700-1730); 8hr shifts, start time between 7-9am.
- OnCall and CallBack required
- OnCall - All nonworking hours, weekends, holidays.
- CallBack - answer withing 15 minutes, onsite within 60 minutes.
