Electronic Security Systems Field Service Technician

At Quarterhill, a Field Service Technician is critical to helping us provide outstanding customer service and technical solutions in a team environment. Under the direction of the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for installing and repairing Intelligent equipment for various clients throughout the US. Rotating shifts, overtime hours and on-call shifts are required. This position will be based in Denver, ColoradoRESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Service ExcellenceMaintain client relations by communicating with and training customers on the use of deployed systems.Work with people from other areas of the company (ex. Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.) to resolve any technical, design or functional issues.Provide unparalleled solutions-based service excellence during all interactions with othersProvide accurate and detailed record-keeping for service work performed, in Quarterhill's standard format including on-site record and electronic reporting.
