What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Engineer Full time or Part time position at Quarterdeck Resort?
If you’re the go-to problem solver who can keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this is your role. We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Engineer to help maintain and improve our resort so every guest experience is seamless from check-in to check-out.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, cabins, and common areas
- Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Monitor and service equipment, utilities, and resort infrastructure
- Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Assist with projects, upgrades, and seasonal property needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, or facilities management , will also train
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems
- Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and on-call needs
