We’re looking for a Bar Manager who brings leadership, creativity, and hustle to keep the good times rolling.
Requirements:- Lead and inspire a team of bartenders, servers and hosts to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
- Own the day-to-day bar operations across multiple outlets (indoor, patio, pool/social area, events)
- Create and execute seasonal drink menus, features, events, and promotions
- Drive revenue through smart scheduling, upselling, and cost control
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and safety standards
- Be present on the floor—coaching, supporting, and setting the tone

- Previous bar management or high-volume leadership experience
- A passion for hospitality, energy, and creating a fun atmosphere
- Strong leadership skills—you know how to motivate and hold a team accountable
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and current trends
