Bistro Attendant

Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is currently seeking a customer service focused smiling face to join our Residential Living Dining Services team! Your day will be filled with a variety of interactions with Team Members, Residents, and Guests as the Bistro Attendant. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00am-2:30pm

Compensation: $15.00-$18.50/hr, dependent upon experience

Primary Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To)

• Helping to create and deliver a friendly and positive experience for residents, guests and team members by welcoming customers in a friendly manner.
• Serving as back up to the short order cook during their break.
• Perform normal retail duties such as handling register transactions, creating orders, serving food, cash handling and documenting customer feedback to improve selection and satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements:

• Possess a welcoming customer service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to be organized and multi-task.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle cash, give correct change and reconcile a cash drawer.
• Most importantly, this position requires dependability, initiative and the desire to be a part of a team that's main focus is to bring our Mission to life for our team and residents:
