Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead financial planner for both new and existing clients of the firm
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning with an emphasis on retirement and tax strategies utilizing our systematic client service calendar called the Bedrock Planning Process.
- Provide proactive, high-touch service to build client confidence and trust
- Partner with the firm owners to onboard new client relationships
- This role centers on client service and relationship management rather than prospecting
- Manage current firm workflows and help develop new ones to increase operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, CFP® designation
- 6 years of experience in a planning role. This role is ideal for someone who is a new lead planner, or ready to transition to a lead advisor but at a firm without that career track
- Proficiency with G Suite, financial planning software, tax projections
- Detail-oriented: You see all the little things and take pleasure in making sure no ball gets dropped
- Follow-up skills: You quickly follow up on any unresolved client tasks
- Effective communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
